Games Global and its exclusive partner Stormcraft Studios have launched Immortal Romance ASSEMBL'EM, a 5x3 slot featuring 20 paylines and a maximum win potential of 5,000x. The latest release builds upon the established Immortal Romance franchise, which has attracted a global audience since its original debut more than ten years ago. This new iteration retains the brand's identity by bringing back familiar characters, while simultaneously introducing a new dangerous figure to the storyline.

Core Mechanics and Feature Cards

The gameplay is driven by the introduction of the ASSEMBL'EM mechanic, which is built around a system of five distinct feature cards that expand the online slot mechanics: Unlocker, Collector, Jackpots, Multiplier, and Adder. As spins progress, players can advance each of these cards through three specific upgrade levels, designated as Ruby, Gold, and Diamond.

During the base game, overlay tokens connected to active cards can appear on the reels. Collecting these tokens across multiple cards is the key to activating the Power Combo mechanic, which serves as a bridge to the game's primary slot bonus rounds and allows for significant feature layering.

Power Combo and ULTRA Link&Win Bonus

Triggering the Power Combo mechanic allows players to combine as many as five card features simultaneously during the ULTRA Link&Win bonus round. This bonus initiates with three respins, during which any landed coins remain locked in position. Each time a new coin lands on the grid, the respin counter resets to three.

Players can have up to five features operating concurrently during the ULTRA Link&Win round, including Multipliers and Boosters. The feature also possesses the capability to unlock as many as four additional rows, creating further opportunities for wins. Additionally, the bonus incorporates four slot jackpot levels: Mini, Minor, Maxi, and Mega, with the Mega Jackpot starting at a value of 2,500x.

Feature Purchases and Strategic Options

Where available, the game includes strategic purchase options for players. The UPSIZER feature gives players the ability to purchase additional ULTRA Link&Win features after triggering the bonus. The specific options available for purchase are determined by the feature cards that are currently active for the player. Alternatively, a Buy Bonus option can be activated directly from the base game, allowing immediate entry into the ULTRA Link&Win feature.

Terence Igesund, Executive Producer for Stormcraft Studios slot games, commented on the release: "Immortal Romance ASSEMBL'EM offers a new way for players to experience the franchise, while evolving the character they know and love, as well as introducing a new character to add more drama to the plot. The ASSEMBL'EM mechanic provides even more ways to elevate gameplay, with different cards coming together to create exciting combinations in ULTRA Link&Win."

Dave Reynolds, Director of Games Strategy and Partner Management for Games Global online slots, added: "Immortal Romance ASSEMBL'EM is a great addition to the Immortal Romance family, pairing its established identity with the Assembl'Em mechanic that gives players plenty to uncover within gameplay. The different feature cards and their upgrades continue to engage players, whilst the Power Combo and ULTRA Link&Win bonus game add another level of variety when features come together."
