Having commenced public betting in December 2015, CasinoLand is still a relatively new gaming site from MT SecureTrade Ltd. - but it’s operated by one of the top companies in online gaming, so you can rest assured that everything here is very professional and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a great variety of casino games online and want to use a platform that’s intuitive and offers top notch customer support, then CasinoLand might just be the right place for your gaming needs in spite of the name being pretty unimaginative. It’s true that CasinoLand doesn’t offer every single game out there, nor does it have the largest selection to be found anywhere on the web, but if you want excellent variety on a great platform, this site was designed with you in mind. And if you’re the type who loves to play casino games on the go, then it’s perfect for you because the apps are excellent and it’s even available for Windows Phone - something that we can’t say about many of the platforms out there. The only thing that we didn’t really find promising here is that while CasinoLand is available for players from many parts of the world, the site is only available in three languages - English, Swedish, and Norse.
If you’ve played in online casinos before, then you already know that most gaming sites look pretty similar in terms of layouts and aesthetics, and CasinoLand isn’t all too different. Still, the site manages to achieve a clean look and we found that it’s pretty intuitively laid out so that you can easily find everything you need. On the desktop version of the site, there’s a floating bar at the bottom with links for Games, Loyalty, Promotions, Help, Banking, and Account - which meant that we didn’t have to hunt around for those links like on some sites. Games are arranged by category if you so wish to find them that way, and there’s a handy search feature if you’re looking for some game in particular and can’t otherwise find it. In addition to this you can also favourite games and look at the one’s you’ve recently played, so you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding the ones that you’ve played and loved. With over two hundred video slots, 22 live games, and 11 variations on roulette you won’t find CasinoLand wanting for all your gaming desires. It goes without saying that we found a more than adequate selection of slots here, from classics like Stickers and well-known ones like Mega Moolah to fan-based ones like Game of Thrones and some great progressive jackpot slots like Hall of Gods. But it’s CasinoLand and not SlotLand that we’re talking about here, so don’t assume that it’s just about slots and slots alone. There are a number of jackpot tables, and many of them have live dealers if that’s more your thing. On top of that, you get six different types of video poker like All American - so that’s always a great thing. With eleven different variations on roulette, you can watch the wheel spin and spin as much as you like, and there are also a bunch of other table games like baccarat and Caribbean Stud which come in several variants. The gaming software itself is provided by several different developers, most notably Microgaming and Netent. This explains the availability of so many film-based games, but there are games by other developers here as well in case you’ve played all of the slots by Netent and Microgaming to the point of growing quite sick of them. The live table games here are worthy to mention in and of themselves. It’s not just all about blackjack, for you get roulette, baccarat, and three card poker with live dealers who are also highly skilled but still friendly. This means that you get to have your pick of table games here, and of course with the ability to play from anywhere and anytime thanks to 24/7 live games and support we really like this site.
Deposit Bonus and Free Spins at CasinoLand
Like many online casinos, CasinoLand gives a pretty decent bonus on your first four deposits, up to €800 in total, with each bonus capped at €200. Do be warned that each bonus is capped at a different percentage of your deposit amount though - so your first bonus will be a 100% match, the second one will be 50%, and the third and fourth ones will be capped at 25%. This means that while you’ll get a €200 bonus on your first deposit of €200, you’ll have to deposit €800 the third and fourth times if you want that much of a bonus on those deposits. On top of that, these bonus funds must be played out at least 40 times before you can withdraw any winnings from them - we really don’t care for that because assuming that you deposit the €2,200 required to get the full €800 bonus you’ll have to wager €32,000 in bets before you can withdraw anything from this. And there’s a 30 day limit before your bonuses expire, which we definitely don’t much appreciate. Bonuses sound great, but we have to say that a lot of sites use them to keep you from withdrawing and sadly CasinoLand is no exception to that. Fortunately, there are a few countries where you’re ineligible for the bonuses, so if you live in Croatia or India then we do recommend this site because you’ll be able to withdraw as soon as you hit the minimum.
Non-Deposit Bonus and Free Spins at CasinoLand
We didn’t find much in the way of other bonuses on CasinoLand aside from the deposit ones, but they do give you some free spins for deposits and some seasonal promotions. There’s also a four level loyalty program, which we find worthwhile if you end up playing on here a lot. You move up the ladder by betting and playing more, and each tier brings new promotions and offers. Since you progress by playing slots, CasinoLand makes it a lot easier than some sites do if you want to join their loyalty program.
CasinoLand on Your Mobile
Some online casinos just give you a mobile version of the website with no dedicated app, and that always has varying results - sometimes it’s no problem, but other times it’s really badly laid out and is hardly serviceable. Other sites might have an app or two, but the usefulness of that app and the variety of platforms can be limited. However, CasinoLand is not like that - there are dedicated apps for Android and iOS just like you would expect, but unlike a lot of platforms they haven’t left out Windows mobile users here - which is something that we really like about this site. As far as the actual mobile experience goes, it’s mostly above average compared to many platforms. This one is pleasant looking, with crystal clear graphics and is easy to navigate. The mobile site is fast and responsive, so you can move around with ease because it’s well organised also. It works well across platforms and you can play from anywhere, but do be warned that this platform is no different from other mobile gaming platforms insofar as the fact that uses a lot of mobile data - so you might want to play on wifi if your data usage is an important concern. Aside from the question of using a lot of bandwidth, the CasinoLand app is pretty great for mobile casino games because they’ve put a lot of thought into it for every platform that the makers have developed an app for - which is unfortunately not all that common in the world of online casinos.
For bonuses, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, which is something that we don’t particularly love about this casino. It’s not like CasinoLand is the only casino that does this nor is it the highest wagering requirement in the industry, but it is still a bit annoying for us and for many players.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit on CasinoLand is €10, and you can deposit as much as €5000 in one go. There are a variety of options here for deposits, so we weren’t disappointed in that. You can deposit using Visa, MasterCard, NetTeller, Skrill, EcoPayz, EUTeller, iDeal, InstaDebit, PaySafeCard, Trustly, and WebMoney. With the exception of MasterCard, you can withdraw to any of these as well so we think you’ll be spoilt for choice with the deposit options on CasinoLand. Unfortunately though, US dollars are not a currency option on here. The thing about withdrawals here is that the verification process takes a while - closer to a week than 24 hours, which some people will find really annoying in an online casino. Mostly this is due to requiring so many documents compared to other sites, which may be annoying but it definitely adds to the security here. Since the verification needs to be done before you get your withdrawals, we recommend that you go for verification before you ever get anywhere near to the minimum withdrawal amount, so that it’s out of the way. Once that’s done, you should expect to get your withdrawal without waiting more than 24 hours for it to show up.
Customer Support at CasinoLand
There’s a pretty great FAQ page on CasinoLand to answer a lot of questions that you might have, and aside from that there’s a live customer support chat as well as the option to reach their customer service via email. There are also some toll-free helplines available if you’d prefer that method of reaching them. Customer service on CasinoLand is available 24/7, so even if you need to reach them at three in the morning it shouldn’t be a problem to get a prompt and courteous reply to any query that you might have.
